Are there computer manufacturers that outsource their centers NO phone?
Everyone I met commented on the seriousness Customer service / technical support for their teams. Staffmember almost always speak English poorly and / or their accents are so strong that it is almost impossible to understand. In addition, have not seen to understand what was being said. Someone I know has been trying to buy a CD to restore the Dell desktop computer and sold instead of a backup program! It took four phone calls and online chat more than three weeks to finally say the client does not help because their system was out of warranty! They all PC makers have decided that their customers mean so little for them and the almighty dollar means a lot to bring them to the possible hours of frustration and anguish is perfectly acceptable? Do any of these companies offer telephone services over good?
simple answer is no. So they can maximize their benefits outsourcing their call centers, you'll never see a support center for the local computer.
